Bikeability takes places tomorrow..... no matter what the weather may be!
As the children will be outside all day (tomorrow), it is really important that the children dress in warm clothes - I would also suggest a waterproof. Hats and gloves will be really important and they will need a bike helmet.
Don't worry about dressing in clothes for children in need - keeping the children warm is more important.
