Good afternoon, I hope you have all had a lovely half term. We've got lots on this half term to keep us busy until Christmas! 

Our learning this half term

On the school website, under the Giraffe's pages, please find a newsletter for year 3 and details of what we will be learning about this half term. Our big question this time is 'would we be jelly without our skeleton'. A physical copy of the knowledge organiser will also be sent home this week. 

Our pre-learning task homework will be due in on Friday 21^st November. You will find this task on the knowledge organiser, and on the newsletter for year 3. We will also be having a themed day this half term, on Thursday 27^th November. This will be themed towards our big question, and will be ‘a class full of skeletons’. Your child is welcome to come dressed in skeleton themed clothing and or make up – even if they come simply dressed in black and white.

Please also remember to complete weekly homework, which is 30 minutes of reading (try to get on the reading wheel this half term!) 3 assignments on EdShed and 15 minutes of TT rockstars.

Our PE day will be on a Tuesday this half term, and will begin from next week. Please bring in PE kits for next Tuesday.
