For this term, homework will be different in Elephant class.
This week, children will bring home a booklet of real and nonsense words. They are to add sound buttons to the words, and practice reading them to a grownup. Booklets are to be returned by next Wednesday.
For the following weeks, children will be sent home with a short Maths task each Thursday that needs to be completed by the following Wednesday. Children will receive a merit for every piece of work they complete.
