Hello to the new meerkat mob!

I hope you have had a fantastic Summer. We are looking forward to seeing you in school this Thursday.

If you want a heads up on what you will be learning during your first half-term in Year 2, our planning, vocabulary and knowledge organiser are on the Big Question page of the website (link below). Our first Big Question is ‘Did Zog start the Great Fire of London?’ and we have some interesting learning challenges and lessons planned. 

There is a pre-learning task for this History topic that will be shared with you in class later this week. It doesn’t need to be completed until the 27^th of September, but details are on the Homework page of the Meerkats website along with homework expectations this term.

Our gallery page also has some pictures of your wonderful meerkat drawings from transition day back in July.
