In Year 5 we looked at Greece.
We researched the climate and geography, looked at the Greek alphabet and listened to the language being spoken. We watched traditional Greek dancing at a wedding, tasted a variety of Greek food, found out about the first Olympics and looked in atlases to find Greece and it's surrounding countries.
It was interesting to find out about what the country is like today after our Autumn term focus of Ancient Greece.
