We now have two wonderful living willow frames in our woodland, created by our fabulous Year 3 / 4 children on Wednesday and Friday this week.
Donna and Natalie taught us how to prepare the ground ready to create the framework of our willow dens. We planted the willow whips and wove them together to make igloo shapes. We can now watch them grow and mature and in a couple of years we should have a permanent structure that will last for many years. Come down to the wood and have a look for yourselves!
