Dear Koalas and Parents,

Happy New Year to you all and hoping you've had a lovely Christmas too.

Our Learning Challenge information is now on the website - 'Do we ever drink the same water twice?'. This is a Science linked question and the children will be learning about the Water Cycle as well as Solids, Liquids and Gases. A paper copy of the Knowledge Organiser was sent home before Christmas detailing their Learning Challenge Homework which is due back on Friday 17th January.

PE will continue to be on Wednesday's. Please make sure your child has their full PE kit in school every week for this.

In a few weeks time, the children will be reading 'Varjak Paw' by S.F. Said in English. It's a really enjoyable adventure about a cat called Varjak who finds himself in dangerour and changing times. Sadly we do not have copies for everyone in school but if your child was to borrow a copy from the library or if they have their own copy at home, they might enjoy having this to read alongside us in lessons.
