Firstly, I apologise for the parent workshops being cancelled this week. You know how much I love having you in to learn with your children, but unfortunately I had to take some time off due to a family bereavement. However, I am looking forward to returning on Monday and seeing your wonderful, smiling children!

• On Monday, we are very lucky to have Adam Pepper working in our class. He will be creating a film with us based on Paddington. He has asked that if children have any police outfits or accessories at home for them to bring them in on Monday to use in our film. Please note there is not an expectation to buy one, just if they already have one at home to bring it in to be shared and used as a prop.
• On Tuesday is it the KS1 Sports Day 9.30-11.30. Please ensure your child has their PE kit in school.
• The following week (week commencing 8th July) is our Enterprise week. We will be making items to sell at our Summer Fayre. A strange request I know but by Monday 8th we would like to collect as many socks as possible ready for our crafting! Preferably adult socks. If you could donate any socks next week it would be greatly appreciated.
• On Wednesday 17th July it is our drive in cinema! Children need to make a vehicle from a cardboard box before this day that they can sit inside.
