The workshop will be delivered by Sophie Tipple, CAMHS Specialist Community Adviser. It will focus on anxiety in children, including the triggers, the symptoms, the impact and how to support your child when they are anxious. There will be lots of useful information and strategies that you can apply at home. Anxiety can affect anyone at any stage in their life. By working together, we can create a positive environment and ensure positive interactions for children, and therefore remove any barriers to their well-being.

Refreshments will be provided and any questions you have will aim to answered. Please arrive promptly and wait on the courtyard to be let in by a member of staff up the ramp through the main doors.
