Sunflowers

Our amazing Art Coordinator, Miss Walton, came to visit nursery this morning!

She helped the nursery children to paint sunflowers!

The children looked carefully at the sunflower and chatted about what they would need to include in their painting.

The children looked at the yellow petals and the green leaves and stalk.

They noticed that there were black seeds on the inside and they used a cotton bud to make spots.

The children had lots of fun and their paintings really are beautiful!
