Giraffes - Creswell Crags visit25 May 2022 (by Mrs Marshall (giraffes)) |
Giraffe class visited Creswell Crags today to help us answer our Big Question, 'Was everything in the Stone Age made of stone?'
We split into two tribes, and took part in three activities. We had a tour of 'Robin Hood's cave' where we could see where the Stone Age people lived, then we tried out some survival skills by spear throwing and shelter building and we finished off the day with a 'rocky relics' session identifying the three different types of rocks.
We were all so impressed with the fantastic behaviour of all members of Giraffe class and I was so proud of how well they represented our school.
