The theme for the session was Winter- linked to our big question. First we made some amazing bird feeders (thanks Miss T for the prep!) to give the birds a helping hand at finding food over Winter. After, we spent time on the animal park thinking about how the animals would need to be looked after in Winter and the extra things they may need. Finally we went on a Winter woodland walk, using the iPads to capture all the signs of Winter. We learnt new vocabulary such as 'evergreen' and 'dreys.' There was lots of discussion, smiles and laughing along the way.
