This afternoon in our fun phonics lesson we focused on the split digraph 'i_e' so we made something shine!
We decorated a plastic cup as a candle holder with tissue paper and i_e words and then popped in a battery operated candle. We have taken these home so we can light them up and practice reading our i_e words. Look at our super creations by following the link below!
