As part of our safer internet curriculum, Traci Good came back to school to talk about internet safety. The children took part in a range of activities where we looked at the positives of being online, how we regulate our emotions online, the importance of sleep, grooming and sending/receiving inappropriate messages.

It was a very informative morning where the children shared information on websites they visit and use, their use of apps and the new series 'The Squid Games'. From here, Traci was able to guide the children in terms of safety and the law. 

I have put an optional activity on Seesaw - it is an activity that the children have completed this morning but it would be interesting to see how your answers differ and may give you the opportunity to open up a discussion with your child about internet safety should you wish to do so.
