Just in case some of you were wondering where I was today, unfortunately when taking my COVID lateral flow test ready to come back to school on Thursday, the result was positive. A PCR test confirmed this - I will therefore be back in school on Monday 13th September.

Luckily I do not seem to have many symptoms and am able to continue working from home. I am constantly in touch with staff (I think they're already fed up with me) and have a wonderful Senior Management Team who are more than capable of running the school in my absence.

I am so upset about not being in school but am really looking forward to seeing you all on the 13th September.
