This week in nursery we are exploring the question... "Are all monsters scary?"
We will be looking at lots of funny monsters and at how they make us laugh.
We will also be reading lots of funny monster stories.
One of the stories is Where the wild things are.
This book has also been made into a DVD. We may watch a few clips from the DVD to show the children what the monsters look like.
The DVD is rated as a PG.
I have watched the DVD and believe it is suitable for nursery age children but if you do not want your child to watch the clips from the film please let a member of staff know as soon as possible.
